Be sure to include the following information:
- Full Name
- Account Email Address
- Serial Number
- Order Number (if applicable)
- Mailing Address
Step 2 - Ship Your PC to RedViper PC Service Center
After submitting your claim, our customer service team will provide detailed shipping instructions along with a prepaid return label.
Step 3 - Product Evaluation & Service
Once your warranty claim is received, you'll get a confirmation email within 1-2 business days. Our technicians will evaluate your PC and perform any necessary repairs or solutions.
